True Clearance Arm Kit 2019-2025

This kit turns your EVO Suspension into the Axys react geometry. This will make the sled easier to put on its side and more predictable.
The rod end design is a huge advantage allowing you, in most cases, to unscrew them after an impact replace them with the spare Rod End and continue riding. NOT guaranteed but proven to work at least 75% of the time. This is a “TRUE” ground clearance arm, both tubes are arched unlike others on the market that have the front tube arched and rear tube not. This kit is a direct stock replacement with the same geometry as the stock 2019 850. This kit works with a sway bar. This can be used with stock length shocks 14.75. This kit works exceptionally well with Axys shocks, spindles and dropping the suspension down and out.
Our upper A-Arm design with a fairly wide radius will accommodate ANY stock or aftermarket shocks even with piggyback reservoirs. This is a COMPLETE kit that comes with all new hardware, you do not need to press out or reuse any stock components with the exception of the steering tie rods, if you choose the kit W/O tie rods.
Kit comes complete with:
- 2 Lower arms with preinstalled delrin bushings
- 2 Upper arms with preinstalled delrin bushings
- 2 lower 5/8″ rod ends one piece with misalignment bushing built in
- 2 5/8″ jam nuts
- 2 1/2″ upper studded rod ends
- 2 1/2″ jam nut
- 2 5/16 sway bar mounting nuts
- 2 8mm lower shock nylon nuts
Additional information:
*** We STRONGLY recommend purchasing additional Rod Ends as these are designed to be the failure point to help prevent the loss of an A-Arm.
